Introduction to TAG Poker

Tag poker is an online poker training school where you get to watch as top instructors play their A game and learn what you can as they explain their plays step by step. The lead instructor is Brokerstar who specialises in Heads Up No Limit Holdem Sit and Go's. As a result this is a heads up training site primarily with some sprinklings of other content.

Who is Brokerstar?

A damned good heads up player who learned from one of the best the $100 stakes game has ever seen. Brokerstar himself has now a great track record in his own right including a couple of insane bankroll challenges he features on Tag Poker where he turns $500 into $5000 and tells you how to do it!

What does Tag Poker Offer

The first and foremost thing it offers for FREE is a range of quite excellent heads up sit and go videos. Yep you read correctly these videos are both excellent AND free.

What's the catch? Well there isn't one really. Brokerstar does sell his own heads up sit and go coaching services through the site as well as offering poker vip and rakeback deals but he does his best to combine those offers giving people a chance to get additional coaching and resources for 'free' by playing on those deals. Those of you who don't want to take part to get the free video's done have to.

There is also a fairly active member forum on the site and for those of you who prefer to chat a lot of the members have joined the #poker chat room on irc.abjects.net (irc://irc.abjects.net/poker) or you can use the web link for poker chat. You'll receive a warm welcome in both the forums of TAG Poker or the live poker chat from both TAG poker members and other poker players at any time.

So to summarise there's forums, articles, and tons of free videos including a series showing you how to turn a small bankroll into $5,000. Pretty much one of the best free sites I've seen in the poker world. To be honest it's a lot better than most of the ones that would seek to charge you for membership - especially the smaller sites.
