There's a lot of ways you can describe the men who played the Ladies Event at the World Series of Poker this year. At best it was a foolish attempt to stand up for the idea that poker is an even playing field so a ladies event is not needed. At worst it was selfish, rude and outright pathetic. It all depends on whether you believe a serious message was intended by the get up Shaun Deeb busted out and shown right as he played the event.Daniel makes some good points (below) and furthermore I'd like to know who these random men think they are to 'stand up for' these apparently unfortunate women who thought they were having a fun day's poker!
